Terms of Service for Lord Artist

Intellectual Property Notice

All rights to artwork remain the sole property of Lord Artist, including after purchase. This applies to originals, commissions, prints, and any current and/or future reproductions. The purchase of any item, original or otherwise, does not grant the customer the right to:

• Mint the piece into an NFT.
• Print, distribute, or reproduce the artwork in any form for profit or otherwise.

Collectors are strictly prohibited from reproducing artwork in any way without express written permission from the artist. However, sharing images of purchased items on social media is always welcome and does not breach this clause.

Liability

Once goods are in the possession of the collector, Lord Artist is not liable for damages resulting from mishandling. Examples of mishandling include, but are not limited to:

• Smudging fingerprints on borders.
• Tearing fine art prints.
• Damaging works due to improper care.

Under consumer protection laws, compensation is available for:

• Damaged products received due to postal services.
• Faulty merchandise dispatched by Lord Artist.

Each print undergoes rigorous quality control before shipping to ensure that only pristine reproductions reach our customers. Please review product descriptions thoroughly before purchasing. We are not obligated to compensate for misunderstandings caused by failure to read product details. Note that all prints include borders within the final listed size.

Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

If there is an issue with your order, we are committed to resolving it promptly. While we strive to provide accurate color representations, variations in device calibrations may affect how artwork appears. For accurate viewing, use multiple devices (e.g., desktop, smartphone).

In accordance with consumer protection laws, shipping fees for returned items are the responsibility of the customer unless the merchandise is faulty or does not meet consumer guarantees. For replacements, we now require a photograph of the invoice included with your shipment to verify contents. This policy is in place to prevent abuse and ensure fairness for all parties.

Shipping Policy

Processing times for each item are specified in product descriptions. Our team is dedicated to shipping your orders promptly, but occasional delays may occur due to high demand, especially if artwork gains viral attention on social media. We appreciate your patience during such times.

If you need to change your shipping address, please notify us within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been dispatched, address changes cannot be made. Undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not the responsibility of Lord Artist. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Duties and Taxes

Lord Artist operates from Canada and is not responsible for import fees, duties, or taxes on purchased items, including originals, commissions, and fine art merchandise. These charges are determined by the customs agency in the destination country and must be paid by the customer. Failure to pay these fees may result in the return of your shipment. Refunds for returned items will exclude shipping costs, provided the items are in their original condition.

We are required to declare all items at their purchase value. Under no circumstances will we falsify documentation to reduce customs charges.
